CONTACT CENTER IT SUPPORT ENGINEER responsible for:
- Maintenance and support for the IT&C infrastructure of the CONTACT CENTER:
-CISCO Call Manger & CISCO enabled LAN
-Wintel server environment
-Contact Center specific proprietary platform based on DB SQL server
- University degree in a relevant field (i.e. Electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunication);
- Knowledge in the field of networking (TCP/IP);
- Knowledge in the field of DB Administration
- Experience in Windows Server administration;
- Capability to learn new processes and technologies quickly.
