CONTACT CENTER DB DEVELOPER responsible for:
- IT specific analysis of the contact center projects along with the business department and/or customers
- Design and set up contact center projects using a state of the art platform based on MS SQL server and proprietary scripting language
- Maintenance/fine tuning/reporting activities for ongoing contact center projects.
- University degree in a relevant field (i.e. Electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunication);
- Good command of relational database management systems (SQL, PL/SQL);
- DBA activities experience
- Scripting programming skills ;
- Capability to learn new processes and technologies quickly.
