- Banking operations (suppliers payments, budgetary payment orders, etc.)
- Registration of all the operations (payment orders, banking, invoice issuing, income evidence);
- Verifies the incomes, origin and distribution;
- Maintain relation with the bank, clients, internal suppliers, regarding the attributions and tasks assigned;
- Overtakes and verifies the sets of documents form the commercial departments, assembles the estimative deductions and the deductions for internal and external travels;
- Issues and checks monthly invoices;
- Draws up monthly tax and contributions declarations, regarding the salaries;
- Draws up the components of the accounts and makes regulations on that basis;
- Draws up the daily banking account situation and the company’s liquidities, the currency balance;
- Files up the documents and supervises the archive;
- Participates at the daily bookkeeping.
- Economic/accounting specialized studies;
- 2 years minimum experience in accounting and all of the aspects of the activity;
- Organized person with service management ability;
- Flexibility, team spirit;
- Fluent in German;
- PC skills (MS-Office);
- The ability to think logically and solve problems;
- Ability to work with and process a lot of information, interpret it and value through pertinent decision making of through supplying processed data towards other decision-making factors;
- Fairness, tenacious, serious with strong principles;
- Objectivity in economic, financial and social situations analyzing;
- Team spirit
