- Coordinating the Fixed Assets team, acting as partner with its assigned clients to provide financial and analytical support;
- Review methodology, inputs, and compliance with policies and procedures to ensure accuracy of reporting and data integrity for area of responsibility.
- Makes or controls the Fixed Assets accounting records for IFRS accounting and local books.
- Checking all journal entries, and correct any abnormal items in due time. Performing reconciliation for Fixed Assets related accounts provided monthly.
- I/C reconciliation cross checking for transferred assets.
- Various other cost analysis requested by function-heads.
- Provide information for auditors and Fiscal Authorities.
- Checks that the Acquisition requests that refer to Fixed Assets have approved RFA and do not overrun the approved amount.
University degree in Finance
Experience in Finance Department minimum 2 years
