- Inregistrarea si verificarea facturilor de furnizori (servicii sau mijloace fixe); verificarea datelor ¿nainte de validare ¿n softul de contabilitate;
- Monitorizarea lunara a platilor in avans privind mijloacele;
- Urmarirea platii facturilor de furnizori declarate "Bun la plata";
- Efectuarea reconcilierii lunare a balantei furnizorilor;
- Tinerea evidentei registrului de mijloace fixe;
- Acordarea de sprijin pentru auditori.
- Absolvent studii universitare;
- Experienta minim 1 an in domeniul financiar contabil;
- Cunostinte de legislatie si Cod Fiscal;
- Limba engleza - nivel mediu;
- Cunostinte Microsoft Office la nivel avansat (Word, Excel).
- Atentie la detalii, abilitatea de a lucra cu termene limita si de a lucra in echipa.
