- Monitoring and bookkeeping of bank statements;
- Review invoices, bills, vouchers or other documents;
-Monitoring and bookkeeping of fixed assets;
- Maintaining the relationship with the bank;
- Reporting periodically to the line manager on the activity progress
- Maintaining the accuracy of the accounting records
- Prepare the statements to the statistics
-Accounts receivable and accounts payable evidence, bank evidence
- Stock evidence and control; import and export operations
- Check & booking cash register
- Book the complex transactions
- Perform accurately and timely recordings
- Perform calculations for allocations per cost centers;
- Sort and file documents;
- Fill in mandatory accounting registers
- Participate into the monthly closing;
- Experienta minim 3 ani
- Contabil autorizat CECCAR (reprezinta avantaj)
- Abilitati analitice, atentia la detalii
- Abilitati operare PC: MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Foarte buna cunoastere a standardelor romanesti de contabilitate
- Meticulozitate si atentie fata de munca depusa
