Evidenta contabila conturi
Verificare a exactitatii datelor inscrise in documente
Verificarea exactitatii calculelor
Verificarea acuratetii intocmirii documentelor contabile
Verificarea corectitudinii executarii operatiunilor financiare
Realizare de state de plata, taxe, vanzari si/sau costuri de contabilitate
Prelucrarea platilor, facturilor si chitantelor/ actelor justificative in conformitate cu procedurile definite si cu principiile de contabilitate si de legislatie
Identificarea si indeplinirea de investigatii/ cercetari de variatii de buget/ standarde
Intocmirea de raportari specifice
Examinarea cu atentie a declaratiilor, cartilor financiare mari si conturi/ facturi pentru a identifica itemi neobisnuiti sau intarziati depasiti ca termen r
Furnizarea de analize precise a rapoartelor de reconciliere
Poate stabili, modifica documente si coordona implementarea procedurilor de contabilitate si de control al contabilitatii.
Poate superviza personalul mai tanar si cel de ajutor in mentinerea/ pastrarea zilnica a registrelor/cartilor de contabilitate si in pregatirea rapoartelor standard si a declaratiilor
