- knowledge and experience in relevant international economy fields,
- references, experiences with internationally oriented companies (export, import trading, multinational companies),
- experiences with International Accounting Standards and with reporting to parent companies abroad (outside Romania)
- experiences with external international audit companies
- fluent knowledge of English language,
- result-orientation, excellent communication and negotiation skills,
- flexibility, innovativeness, feeling for team work,
- experience in using PC hardware and software.
