CONSULTING CONTRACT SPECIALIST

RESPONSABILITATI

Customer Contracts:
-Drive and co-ordinate contract creation process
-Ensure that standard process is in place
-Implement changes in line with Oracle business practices
-Write standard contracts
-Short assignments such as Time Hire, Time Material with standard scope or Advance Services
-Write non-standard contracts
-Handle communication with Consulting and customer on non-standard clauses
-Handle communication with other LOBs and Business Practices on complex contracts
-Liase with Legal to ensure advise and approval are properly obtained
-Review all customer binding documents and contracts before submission to customers
-Ensure that all approvals were obtained prior submission to customers
-Obtain Finance and Legal approval – if required
-Order package & Funding
-Calculate project funding in line with Oracle Policies
-Fill and scann funding templale
-Scan Complete order package to SSC
-Check completness by using check list
-Send legal letter concerning time hire work (if legal requirement)

Subcontractor contracts:
-Write standard contracts
-Review all non-standard subcontractors contracts prior submission
-Ensure all non-standard wording is properly reviewed
-Business, Finance, Legal Review
-Ensure that all approvals were obtained before submission
-Ensure that PO are raised for each contract
-Co-operation and work together with business practices and legal
-Close co-operation with Consulting Risk manager and Consulting Business Partners
