RESPONSABILITATI

-Support (presales) from the technical point of view the sales department- in charge of technical part of the offers;
-Postsales- maintenance of the implemented product to the client/partner;
-Availability to travel (to the client etc);
-Investigate the needs of the clients/partners, help and train them to use the products;
-Provide technical assistance, advice and accurate information;
-Establish and maintain the cooperation with managed clients/partners;


CERINTE

-At least 1-2 years in a similar position;
-University degree, preferable in Computer Science, Information technology or related;
-Previous experience in working with networking and security (certifications);
-Experience in dealing with clients is a plus;
-Good understanding of technical concepts and solutions;
-Great written and spoken English;
-Client-oriented, communication skills, dynamism;
-Problem-solving abilities, target-oriented;
-Self-motivated, with good teamwork skills;
