- BSc/MSc degree in engineering / Economy / Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant industry experience working
- As a consultant in a management consulting firm.
- In the fields of manufacturing & supply chain.
- For an internal operations improvement dep'.
- Ability to effectively work in a high-pace client environment.
- Highly analytical-ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent verbal (presentation) and written communication skills. Fluent Romanian, very good English.
- Good knowledge of Excel, power point and word is a must.
- Be open to travel.
