Lead and deliver a project workstream together with 3 to 5 client task force members in order to achieve specific time, cost, and quality targets.
The role is based on the client site from Monday to Friday and regular travel to and from there will be required (the clients you will be working with are based in Europe).
- Achieve workstream objectives with the client taskforce by
- Using basic methodologies and tools,
- Transferring skills and knowledge through coaching, mentoring, and training,
- Ensuring task force members carry out actions on time in full, and
- Keeping the client informed of the project progress as well as highlighting and acting to overcome potential obstacles
Contribute by
- Demonstrating the quality of work carried out to the client
- Identifying and highlighting additional areas in which the company can add value to the client
- Feeding intellectual capital created during projects back into the company.
Skills Profile - abilities or techniques that have been acquired or developed through training:
- Educated to degree-level
- Fluent in English plus one other European language (especially German / Dutch / French / Norwegian / Swedish / Danish)
- Analysis ¿ Can rapidly identify key issues from a wide range of complex data
- Interpersonal Skills ¿ Can engage and build rapport with people from a wide range of backgrounds at all relevant organisational levels
- Commercial acumen (strategic and financial)
- Experienced user of MS Office (especially Powerpoint / Excel / Word)
