Responsabilitati
-Implementarea si desfasurarea proceselor de recrutare, selectie si plasare
-Organizarea activitatilor de promovare a programelor de munca oferite de agentie
-Informarea tuturor aplicantilor cu privire la programele aflate in desfasurare
-Asistenta candidatilor si oferirea informatiilor solicitate prin intalniri/telefonic
- Selectarea candidatilor din baza de date/aplicatiilor si sustinerea interviurilor cu acestia
-Plasarea candidatului si intocmirea documentelor aferente contractului de munca+suport pe intreaga desfasurare a contractului daca va fi necesar
-Mentinerea relatiei cu partenerii externi
- Activitati conexe de secretariat
- Experienta in domeniul recrutarii/resurselor umane de minim 1 an. Preferabil experienta in cadrul unei agentii de recrutare cu plasamente externe
- Limba engleza nivel avansat
- Bune abilitati de comunicare si negociere
- Cunostinte operare PC
- Personana dinamica, responsabila, eficienta, spirit de echipa si observatie
