- Participates in business analysis activities for new product or new modules, also for implementation projects
- Software installation and configuration for company solutions
- Training for users (including all documents and data package necessary for training)
- Develop complex test plans and perform functional testing for software projects (in collaboration with the testing department)
- Monitoring, track and validate solutions for defects (in collaboration with the testing department)
- Applying ISO 9001 certified procedures
- At least 1 year experience in business analyses, solution implementation or consultancy.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, (Microsoft Projects it¿s a plus)
- Open minded, communications skills, smart & dynamic , a persons who wants to learn and work into a dynamic team
- Driver license is a plus
