Responsibility and tasks:
- You are responsible for the technical support of service technicians and the performance of our wind turbines in the Central Europe service territory. You will interact with customers, define problems and drive the improvements necessary to insure our machine exceed our customer expectations. Your focus will be your base country location.
- You shall employ Six Sigma methodologies, specifically DMAIC processes, to constantly analyze performance gaps and implement the appropriate measures to improve performance.
-You will support sales teams in the review of grid codes related to power factor, frequency, fault ride through capability, under and over voltage and ramp rates.
- As part of your job profile you will be expected to mine and analyze data, climb wind turbines, perform measurements when required, interact with customers, suppliers, Technical Support and Technology R&D in Denmark, produce Six Sigma DMAIC stories and mange implementation of projects.
- Your peers will consist of engineers from Asia, Europe, North America, South America and Australia. You are expected to communicate well with your peers and support global fleet performance optimization. You will interact with Sales, Engineering, Projects and Technology
Qualifications & Work experience:
- Technical studies: electrical engineer
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in the electric utility business in power generation or transmission/distribution preferably with substation experience
- Very good oral and written Romanian and English skills
- Being able to work very good with MS Office
- Strong bias for action
- High flexibility and adaptability
