University background
Managerial experience (teams between 5-25 direct reports)
English fluent, French advantage, German OK
Experienced in business consulting, at least 3 years!!
Analytical mind
Outstanding Communication skills
Notions of cross-cultural and motivational issues
Negotiation skills at high level
Good knowledge of Logistics is a plus.
Background in commercial work and organisation is a plus
Between 27 ? 35 years old
The job demands hard work, constant presence in the production plant, long days and travelling (one weekend included) in the country. Cost will be covered for.
