For one of our most important clients, huge multinational company, the absolutly best in its field of business, we are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager and Planner, to use his/her experience and to perform a wonderful career inside this top company.
- Responsible with the coordination and simultaneous development of several projects, respecting the dead lines;
- Responsible for designing the project, in a close relation with the foreign and Romanian project designers ¿ from choosing the land (in accordance with the morphology, geological studies, water studies) to designing and directly coordinating each project separately (the construction, the access roads, the installations for water, feeding, ventilation, heating and electrics);
- Translating and adapting a foreign development project in accordance with the Romanian norms and standards.
- University Degree (Civil, Industrial and Agriculture Constructions University)
- Minimum 10 years experience in project design with a provable project portfolio
- Fluency in English
- Driving licence B Category and the willingness to travel a lot all around the country
- Dynamic personality, very good communication skills, stress resistance
- Very good managerial and organizational abilities
- Availability to relocate to the city the company is currently activating in the Western Romania.
