- Elaboreaza si urmareste graficele de executie
- Analizeaza si urmareste bugetul lucrarilor.
- Pastreaza legatura cu autoritatile privind avizele si documentele necesare desfasurarii lucrarilor.
- Supervizeaza si organizeaza echipele de lucru pe santier.
- Stabileste necesarul de materiale si urmareste furnizarea lor in timp util.

-absolvent studii de specialitate.
-experienta de minim 3 ani pe o pozitie similara in domeniul constructiilor, de preferat in proiecte mari.
-abilitatea de a gestiona si coordona echipe de lucru.
-Limba engleza
-cunostinte PC : AUTOCAD, MS Office, MS Project.
