For one of our most important clients, huge multinational company, the absolutly best in its field of business, we are looking for an experienced Construction Manager, to use his/her experience and to perform a wonderful career inside this top company.
- Supervising, coordinating and controlling several working sites (farms and facilities) simultaneously (minimum 15, of several hundred square meters each).
- Supervising, coordinating and controlling the site managers.
- Negotiating the contracts with the supplying subcontractors.
- Planning the necessary budgets for each location, being directly responsible of the variations of the planned budget.
- Responsible for the in time execution of the works, the accordance with the forecasted budgets, making sure at the same time that the reception of the finished works is done as it should.
- University degree (Civil, Industrial and Agriculture Constructions University)
- Sound knowledge in farms design
- 5-10 years experience in the construction field
- Significant and provable projects portfolio
- Experience in managing budgets of over 10 mil. USD
- Fluency in English
- Driving licence B Category and the willingness to travel a lot all around the country
- Dynamic personality, very good communication skills, stress resistant
- Very good managerial and organizational abilities
- Availability to relocate to the city the company is currently activating in the Western Romania.
