Consultation and assistance with identification of design products and contractual arrangements.
Project Preparation
Monitoring, checking all project progress, documentation, file system and distribution.
Design
Review design.
Assist agreement of design products.
Identify scope of design interfaces.
Identify need for mock-ups.
Prepare product safety and quality plans.
Construction Procurement
Analyse construction capabilities of tenderers.
Assist preparation of tender documentation.
Evaluate tenderers.
Analyse forms of contract available.
Assist contract negotiations.
Develop preliminary construction program.
Construction
Design development and buildability of the concept/detailed esigns.
Audit agreed quality plans and ensure that they are undertaken on site.
Uphold statutory regulations.
Control impact of construction the environment.
Control logistics and security.
Temporary field accommodation and welfare.
Materials handling.
Implement and manage induction/cost against project plans.
Prepare monthly reports, photographs.
Cost control.
Inspection all works, defects, backlogs and their repairing.
Other
Co-operation with other team members.
Carry out performance reviews with their subordinates.
Inform regularly his superior about all progresses.
Establish and maintain local law legislation and company Health and Safety standards on the sites, use Health and Safety tools.
Goog command of English skills, if possible Spanish
Technical experince of min. 4 years is mandatory
