- Is responsible for the project implementation in the own business operation area
- Is responsible for the profitability and the achievement of goals in the project operations within the own business area
- Is responsible for the sufficiency of resourcing and operational preconditions within the own business operation area
- Is responsible for the development of the operations of the unit and the compliance with the shared methods
- Is responsible for the development of work safety in the own unit
- Is responsible for performance forecasts and their reliability
- Is the manager of Project Managers
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Civil Constructions
- Experience of the leadership in the respected area
- Good knowledge and expertise in the project tasks and site operations
- Negotiation and team work skills as well as managerial skills and experience
