Project Definition
- Consultation and assistance with identification of design products and contractual arrangements.
Project Preparation
- Monitoring, checking all project progress, documentation, file system and distribution.
Design
- Review design.
- Assist agreement of design products.
- Identify scope of design interfaces.
- Identify need for mock-ups.
- Prepare product safety and quality plans.
Construction Procurement
- Analyse construction capabilities of tenderers.
- Assist preparation of tender documentation.
- Evaluate tenderers.
- Analyze forms of contract available.
- Assist contract negotiations.
- Develop preliminary construction program.
Construction
- Design development and buildability of the concept/detailed designs.
- Audit agreed quality plans and ensure that they are undertaken on site.
- Uphold statutory regulations.
- Control impact of construction the environment.
- Control logistics and security.
- Temporary field accommodation and welfare.
- Materials handling.
- Implement and manage induction/cost against project plans.
- Prepare monthly reports, photographs.
- Cost control.
- Inspection all works, defects, backlogs and their repairing.
Other
- Co-operation with other team members.
- Carry out performance reviews with their subordinates.
- Inform regularly his superior about all progresses.
- Establish and maintain local law legislation and company Health and Safety standards on the sites, use Health and Safety tools.
