The trust officer‘s responsibilities mainly refer to the following fields:
1) Technical and specialist knowledge
- Legal knowledge, mainly civil and comemrcial law;
- Responsible for the preparation or review of documents according to local compliance regulations and client requirements;
- Responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the information provided in form of draft documents, memoranda, reports or otherwise;
2) Compliance
- Works in compliance with all TMF procedures and related standards of work;
- Assists colleagues in preparing the clients’ files;
- Meets all deadlines without being asked;
- Manages relationship with clients and relevant bodies by:
- Uses written and telephone communication for obtaining information;
- Attends meetings with clients and goes to clients premises if the job requires so;
- Responds to legal queries;
- Assists more senior staff in performing legal tasks;
3) Planning
- Is able to work on a certain number of clients at the same time and prioritises the work;
- Is able to adapt to change, to remain focused and to deliver results;
- Organises the work in an efficient manner;
- Performs the tasks in accordance with the internal procedures and / or as indicated by the superiors.
- Legal university degree;
- Very good English command;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Ability to work in team;
- Communication and presentation skills;
- Organised and pro-active attitude.
