Create, install, implement, configure, upgrade, and optimize the performance of Multi-Tier application systems for development and QA environments
Investigate, replicate and document issues reported by development or QA
Ensure development are provided effective, professional, and timely support
Organize/manage multiple priorities/work independently
Discuss and advise development to effectively solve technical issues regarding TCM products
Document problem resolution for future reference by other support staff
Perl experience for automation scripting
Experience in PVCS, SVN, Clearcase and other source control system (user administration, tagging, branching, merging, migration from other SCM tools
Experience in ANT/NANT/Make & similar build systems
Knowledge of shell/batch scripting on windows/linux or similar OS
Awareness in DB2/Oracle?SQL databases and knowledge of executing SQL’s
Very good and clear communication skills
Extensive experience in planning CMRE activities with product teams would be a plus but not an absolute requirement.
Strong experience in Perl and InstallShield would be a plus but not an absolute requirement.
Strong implementation skills in CI tools like Hudson or others would be a plus but not an absolute requirement.
