As a member of the Sales Force Support team you are to :
- take configuration and pricing requests from our sales representatives & customers and convert them into buildable/orderable/supportable configurations
- provide support by means of email & telephone to both customers and sales community
- fluent in English
- good command of a second language it's a must(French / Spanish / Italian / German / Dutch / Turkish/ Scandinavian languages)
- smart and dynamic , friendly and willing to work in a team
- customer oriented
- interested in technology and technical challenges
- good computer and overall IT skills
- good communication skills
- problem solving abilities
