As a member of the Sales Force Support team you are to :
- Take configuration and pricing requests from our sales representatives & customers and convert them into buildable/orderable/supportable configurations
- Provide support by means of email & telephone to both customers and sales community
- Fluent in English and with good command of at least another language (French / Spanish / Italian / German / Dutch / Scandinavian languages)
- Smart and dynamic, friendly and willing to work in a team
- Customer oriented
- Interested in technology and technical challenges
- Good computer and overall IT skills
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving abilities
