As a member of the Sales Force Support team you are to:
- take configuration and pricing requests from our sales representatives & customers and convert them into buildable/orderable/supportable configurations;
- provide support by means of email & telephone to both customers and sales community.
We need you to be:
- fluent in English;
- very good command of German;
- customer oriented;
- interested in technology and technical challenges.
We need you to have:
- Good computer and overall IT skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Problem solving abilities.
