Within the Sense & Control Department we design, verify and bring into high volume production innovative, semiconductor based MEMS products, magnetic sensors, wireless control products, sensor interface ICs for powertrain, comfort and safety applications. We are the preferred supplier of integrated sensor solutions within the automotive business.
To strengthen our team in the area of integrated sensor IC‘s we are looking for an Concept Engineer with interest in identification of technical solutions for mixed-signal automotive sensor products.

Job Description (Responsibilities):
As a Concept Engineer you hold the responsibility for defining detailed technical implementation specifications based on product requirements. During the idea phase of products you perform feasibility studies (e.g. chip architectures vs. area or feature vs. cost estimations) and during the development phase you provide circuit concepts (analog & digital) and reference models (System C, Matlab…) for integrated sensor products based on BiCMOS and CMOS technologies.
Education:
PhD or Master Degree on Electronics Engineering/Communication/ Microelectronics or relevant.
Experience / Knowledge:
• Good understanding of semiconductor development flow;
• Strong technical expertise in analog & digital design ;
• Programming skills;
• Good knowledge of MATLAB/System C;
• Knowledge in analog and digital signal processing algorithms for integrated sensors (incl. compensation, calibration) is a plus;
Other requirements:
• Good command of English language;
