Responsibilities:
· As a Concept Engineer you hold the responsibility for defining detailed technical implementation
specifications based on product requirements.
· During the idea phase of products you perform feasibility studies (e.g. chip architectures vs. area
or feature vs. cost estimations and define requirements for the behavioral models for
analog/digital blocks). During the development phase you provide circuit concepts (analog &
digital) and support top-level verification.
· You will work with application engineers and marketing, to define & develop new
concepts/architectures for automotive body power integrated circuits based on power BCD
(Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS) technologies. You will support the design team in the implementation and
validation of the new concepts.
· You will be the driver for knowledge exchange/sharing between other development centers and
the design community in Bucharest
Education:
· M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering/Computer Science or relevant
Experience / Knowledge:
· At least 5 years of relevant experience in ASIC development. Automotive / power control circuitry/
power management and system engineering relevant experience is a plus
· Good understanding of semiconductor development flow
· Experience in applied electronics and understanding of electronic schematics
· Customer experience a plus
