RESPONSABILITATI

-Responsibility to ensure that all relevant business areas conduct their business in compliance with all applicable internal policies and procedures, laws, rules, regulations and codes of practice;
-Identify, assess and monitor the compliance risks faced by ING;
-Monitor application of “know your customer” rules in compliance with NBR rules (Norm no 3/2002 and 13/2003), legal provisions (law 656/2002) and ING Group Policies for wholesale clients;
-Advise all procedures/regulations/processes related to wholesale banking and modifications of them;
-Advise any employee with respect to their (personal) compliance obligations;


CERINTE

-University degree, preferablly in Economics;
-Relevant experience in banking;
-Solid knowledge and understanding of internal systems, operations, policies, NBR rules ®ulations;
-Prior experience in a similar position (compliance, audit, internal control) is a major advantage;
-Very good command of English - verbal & written.
