RESPONSABILITATI

-Ensuring that all relevant business areas conduct their business in compliance with all applicable internal policies and procedures, laws, rules, regulation of codes of practice and on-going monitoring of the adherence to the compliance policies and minimum standards, assisting in enforcement as needed;
- Development and implementation of compliance chart and compliance policies based on the chart;
- Advise the business management on day to day regulatory issues;
- Provide proactive assistance and support of management with driving day to day implementation program.


CERINTE

- University degree – legal background;
- Banking experience, prior experience in a related or similar position is preferable;
- Solid knowledge and understanding of banking operations, policies, rules, regulations;
- Very good command of English - verbal & written.
- Self – motivated, interested in self – development;
- Proactive, confident, results-oriented and problem solving attitude;
- Very well organised, efficient, self disciplined;
