RESPONSABILITATI

-Identifies, assess, monitor and report to management the compliance risks faced by ING;
-Assists, support and advise management in fulfilling its compliance responsibilities;
-Advises any employee with respect to their (personal) compliance obligations;
-Implements and monitors the ING Group Compliance Policies / policies/procedures/guidelines related to the compliance risks;
-Support the business development and the new product development, ensuring compliance with all the applicable regulations;
-Advises all procedures/regulations/processes related to commercial and mid corporate banking and modifications of them;
-Plans and deliver compliance training for the employees in HO and branch network in order to increase employees awareness of compliance operating procedures;
-Performs the compliance monitoring activities according to the Compliance Monitoring Plan, prepares compliance reports and informs management on compliance issues.


CERINTE

-University degree (economic or legal academic background);
-Min 2 years of economic or legal experience;
-Prior experience in a related or similar position is preferable;
-Problem solving attitude and client oriented mindset;
-Very well organized and achievement oriented;
-Attention to details;
-Advanced English level.
