On behalf of our client, fast-growing multinational banking and financial services group, we are looking for a Compliance Officer.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring the efficiency and consistency of the permanent control system of non-compliance risks;
Evaluating the risks of non-compliance and implementing appropriate control procedures for these type of risks;
Taking and imposing corrective measures and verifying their effectiveness;
Carrying out investigations in the case of the appeals of certain incidents and malfunctions;
Maintaining the relationship with ONPCSB (verifying the rapidity and accuracy of responses to requests, transmitting suspicious transactions to ONPCSB);
Creating training materials and providing training regarding the customer knowledge, prevention and combating money laundering and financing of terrorism, participating actively in the provision of information to employees concerning the compliance of internal and external rules.
University background;
Proficiency in English;
Quality management knowledge, internal control, process management;
Legislation knowledge;
Previous experience in a similar role-minimum 1 year.
