Responsabilities:
- Analyses the existing pool of specialists and delivers high quality end products;
- Contribute to successful implementation of Competency Management instruments;
- Build and maintain enduring relationships with Top Management;
- Responsible for assisting the specialists in developing their career;
- Accountable for the Career and Succession Planning within his area;
- 5 years experience in organizing and structuring personnel development;
- Academic background in Business Administration or Technical Discipline;
- Experience in change management is appreciated but not compulsory;
- Should be flexible in order to deal with the project period and able to adapt to new situations & requirements;
- MBA or Master is a plus.
- Very good command of English in speaking, reading and writing
