Responding to business needs by providing compensation, benefits solutions and by performing specific processes and projects;
Collaborating with internal departments for regular reporting on staff related information (new hires, leaves, promotions etc);
Investigating compensation and befits surveys in order to confirm company positioning on the market;
Providing effective back-up to Compensation and Benefits Manager for payroll and employment related issues;
Providing information related to legislation regarding expatriates;
Developing & Up-dating compensation & benefits policies
Assuring that the Reward and Target Setting practices and administration comply with the local legislation and with the Global and local policies and guidelines;
Contributing to operational excellence of the department by continuously improving efficiency in their area of work;
Ensuring appropriate communications among stakeholders in relation to his/her area of expertise;
Participating in departments projects/activities as assigned by direct manager.
For one of our clients, a multinational company active in life insurance field, an integral part of a worldwide international financial group, we are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Senior Analyst.
Economical degree or university level;
3-5 years in Reward or HR generalist experience;
Employment cost planning and monitoring experience is a must;
Good understanding of the Romanian labor market, employment related and tax legislation;
Fluency in English;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Capacity to design processes and reports;
Result orientation, attitude to take initiative and to get things done.
