RESPONSABILITATI

• Review the Comp&Ben main pillars and improve them by getting formal & informal data on Comp&Ben (salary surveys, informal information from market)
• Analyze actual situation of salaries & benefits / position / department. Compare vs market & propose solutions in order to align to market
• Partner with line Managers to realign the headcount structure in order to increase efficiency & in accordance with strategic objectives
• Reviews the existing procedures and makes sure that they are in place (comp & ben and personnel administration)
• Continue to monitor headcount and labor costs to secure that we are using our human capital as efficiently as possible


CERINTE

• Experience in a similar position of at least 2 years
• Universitary degree
• Good command of English language
• PC knowledge
• Good analysis abilities
• Dynamic and creative atitude, proactive
• Excellent communication skills
