RESPONSABILITATI

- Manage the Compensation & Benefits, HR Reporting and Budgeting.
- Be responsible for collecting and interpreting data in Compensation (salary surveys, other studied);
- Assure full support for Annual Salary Review exercise;
- Develop Compensation & Benefits innovative and cost-effective solutions;
- Identify C&B risks and opportunities and give advice for continuous improvement; ►
- Keep external contacts on area with external service suppliers for the market trends in compensation and benefits, as well as Compensation & benefits department within the Danone Group;
- Coach line managers on C&B policy in order to promote it efficiently;
- Communicate and animate the employees on compensation & benefits;
- Lead, as per specific assignment, projects related to the area (jobs classification, salary grading, salary components design, benefits allocation).
- Provide accurate and specific reports as per requirements of local internal customers / HR / management as well as to the Group Danone, as per reporting campaign, within specified deadlines.
- Execute in terms of salary mass and headcounts the annual budgeting exercise


CERINTE

- At least 2 years similar experience (ideally within a multinational company)
- Analytical thinking
- Financial acumen and good sense of figures
- Quality oriented and great sense of integrity
