- Analyze the compensation policies in order to create competitive compensation plan
- Improves employment policies, precesses and practices by developing new methods
- Design and develop tools to assist employees in benefits selection
- Guides the managers trough compensation decisions.

-University degree
-A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
