RESPONSABILITATI

- Ensure that all applicable HR processes and requirements are accurately and completely reflected at all times;
- Support the C&B Manager in all key C&B processes such as job analysis, salary surveys, salary changes, compensation plans and budget cycles.
- Ensure the execution of PMI International Assignments Policy and provide the required support to expatriates and their families;
- Coordinate implementation of new SAP based HR System and liaise with PMI SAP Functional support teams for SAP system changes;
- Ensure that all SAP users receive appropriate training before they get access to the system;
- Provide ongoing support to HR users in researching existing reports;
- Run regular checks to monitor data integrity and completeness in SAP;
- Ensure the proper and timely preparation, input and transmission of the payroll data to Finance;
- Keep a good relationship and ensure the appropriate information flow with the internal and external customers.


CERINTE

- University degree;
- 3 years experience in HR area;
- Experience in Payroll administration;
- SAP / Charisma payroll experience would be an advantage;
- Self motivator;
- Highly achievement orientated individual with
- Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities;
- Customer service oriented;
- Consulting and influencing skills;
- Fast learning capabilities with a positive attitude to experience new things;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good spoken and written business English knowledge;
- Strong knowledge of MS Office;
- HR systems experience would be an advantage.
