On behalf of our client, a leading industrial company of the Romanian market, we are currently recruiting a Compensation & Benefits Specialist with a good experience in the field of Human Resources and related regulations and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree; other postgraduate or training courses and specializations in the field of human resources and personnel management represent an advantage
- Previous employment on a similar position is required (preferably - but not limited to - a large organization with international exposure and related to Automotive, Engineering or Industry)
- Fluency in English/ a good knowledge of French is preferred
- An autonomous, anticipative, methodical and organized professional.
