Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client, a multinational cosmetics company, for a Community Manager, for Bucharest Area.
COMMUNITY MANAGER
Under the responsibility of the Consumer Marketing Manager, your role is:
Job Profile
1. Community platform
• Participation to implementation of the platform on Romanian market
• Participate to workshops for prelaunch of the community platform
• Animate and moderate the communities
• Identifying influencers on the network and federate them in a community
• Define the posts calendar according to marketing activity
• Benchmark and select the pertinent best practices according to the strategy
2. Animation of communities and social networks
• Daily redaction & publication of posts on community platform & social networks
• Align the existing contents with the specificities of the social networks
• Create games & lotteries to bring traffic and animation
• Create content for the different social network and brand community platform
• Report to Marketing Manager trends & relevant activities
• Moderation of posts & comments with support from Customer Service Dpt.
• 2 years’ experience in a relevant project/position in the domain of social networks
• Interest for Cosmetics industry, Environment protection
• Master Degree (graduate)
• Excellent skills in communication & organization
• Advanced Knowledge about IT tools, in particular Microsoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint & Word
• Photoshop skills
• Able to work in team as independently
• Multitasking ability respecting deadlines & budget
• English Advanced
• French would be a plus
