1. PURPOSE

1.1. Purpose of the Job within its Organizational Unit
Design and/or develop, integrate and verify IT / COMMUNICATION components/elements/services for the company\'s System of Interest on Level 2 and below applying the most efficient (e.g. innovative) technologies, process and tools related to this specific area.

1.2 Input

Requirements and design from higher level Systems Engineering or Software Architecture.
Work Package definition (planning, cost).
Design rules and standards.

1.3 Output
- Pre-tested, pre- Integrated IT/ COMMUNICATION components/elements.
- Implementation Data Package, documentation (e.g. description, requirements and design) and analysis reports for verification and integration into the System.

2. REQUIREMENTS
Requirements for Job Holder
2.1.1. Minimum Level of Education: Bachelor’s Degree
2.1.2. Other additional qualification/education :
Network Routing&Switching ( CCNP/CCIE)
Network Security (CCNP Security/CCIE)
IP Telephony ( CCNP Voice)
Professional Mobile Radio
Fiber or Radio Transmission
Systems Engineering ( CSEP)
2.1.3. Minimum level of professional experience to fulfil all job requirements: 3 – 5 years

3. REPORTING PATH
The job holder reports to:
- Comissioning Engineers
- Technicians
- Line Management according to the company Orgchart

4. OBJECTIVES
Objectives of the job within its organizational unit:
- Analyze higher level requirements and design and develop lower level technical requirements and design covering Functional Analysis, standards and non functional requirements applicable on this level.
- Integrate and verify the deliverables of the subsystem.
- Produce Implementation Package ( To build deliverables)

5. RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1. Definition of the job
- Support higher level activities (requirements analysis, design, integration, verification and validation) to ensure feasibility and efficiency of the overall development.
- Define the unique configuration of IT / Communication components / elements / subsystems.
- Select feasible and efficient IT / Communication components / elements (i.e. COTS) in line with system requirements as well as constraints.
- Integrate IT / Communication components / elements to meet lower level architecture.
- Verify IT / Communication components /
- Generate acceptance test requirements which ensure that the requirements have been met.

5.2 Competencies and Skills

- Ability to understand and create or derive SMART requirements from System Level set of requirements and high level architecture.
- Competence to define the structure of the system elements including hardware and software selected to implement the system element requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to design and integrate communication system (fixed and mobile radio systems, voice and data systems)
- Competence of producing the needed To Build documentation accordingly with the company’s standards and requirements for the transition of subsystem components to the customer environment under configuration control according to standards and project needs
- Ability to easily communicate and interact with stakeholders Software configuration management
5.3 Specific Knowledge
- System engineering (SE) tools knowledge (e.g. DOORS, EA, HP Quality Center)
- Familiar with System Engineering methodologies (E.g INCOSE)
- Solid understanding of technologies specific to the field of activity to be performed:
Network Routing&Switching
Network Security
IP Telephony
Network Management
Radio and Fiber transmission
Professional Mobile Radio (PMR)
Data Centers
