1. Conceptualize & Implement effective internal communication initiatives in Europe (Plan, structure, create and implement communication initiatives/campaigns across Europe)
2. Create and send across different type of communications: splashes, organizational announcements, business messages, customized information
3. Set up various internal events (leadership interactions, town-halls, etc.)
4. Explore and implement the usage of various communication channels (mail, visual management, intranet, blog, glue, knowledge @ Genpact, social media); write effective stories with respect to various activities happening across EU/business/project related
5. Support from a communication perspective projects across all sites in Europe as well as global initiatives (e.g. Employee Value Proposition)
6. Interact & build a strong & effective internal network with global / local Communication representative team (per site and per business) and implement/ follow-up the communication initiatives for Europe
7. Report the communication effectiveness on a monthly basis to Europe Communication Leader
8. Maintain the relationship with providers for different communication drives, follow-up costs & approvals incurred by communication projects
9. Create awareness on the Genpact brand guidelines and ensure the proper implementation & support
10. Structure and maintain the communication framework (templates, repository)
11. Keep up to date the common areas visual management
12. Support the customer branding initiatives
