Job main objective:
- The nominee will contribute to the development of communication strategy and specifically co-ordinate all aspects of communication, design and media advertising to create a strong market position and realize company targets.
Job functions:
- Contribute to the development of an integrated communication strategy;
- Design the announcements in media (job ads, events ads), articles, interviews and advertising development ;
- Utilize market research and gain an understanding of the competitive environment to support the above activities;;
- Manage the design and production of all collateral, training and promotional material to support the service portofolio;
- Manage the effectiveness and targeting of all media expenditure;
- Work with the HR Department and General Manager to develop the design and culture of the brand internally and produce internal communication plan;
- Ensures all campaigns are managed within agreed budget.
- University degree;
- Minimum 3 years experience in all aspects of marketing communication;
- Decisional and organizing abilities, communication and negotiation;
- Proactive, creative and able to handle most day to day and future planning;
- Capable to perform in a highly demanding and fast -pace professional environment;
- Managerial skills;
- Reliable, self-confident and highly responsible person;
- Able to meet tight deadlines and sort conflicting priorities ;
- Very good level of English (written and spoken);
- Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
