For one of our clients, a worldwide organisation that offers financial and technical assistance to developing countries, we are looking for a Communication and Strategy Adviser.
- Planning, designing, executing, monitoring and evaluating the impact of communications strategies, activities and campaigns;
- Identifying relevant information sources, determining the types of information and communications activities that are best suited to addressing various issues;
- Writing and/or overseeing the preparation, production and dissemination of communication products;
- Initiating and sustaining effective professional relationships with key internal and external partners;
- Monitoring and analysing current events and public and press opinion;
- Advising the organisation's staff and clients on trends and news developments;
- Developing and maintaining the Country website;
- Overseeing planning, coordination, scheduling and logistics for various events.
- University degree in Communications, International Relations/Public Affairs, Journalism, Marketing, Political Science, or other related field;
- Proven planning and organizational skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentational skills;
- In-depth knowledge of social, political and development issues in the region and country;
- Strong computer skills;
- Excellent English knowledge.
