On behalf of our Client, a global player in the field of planning and construction of industrial plants, we are searching for specialists in the sector of COMMISSIONING ENGINEERING for a power plant based in GERMANY.
We have the opportunity to offer you long-term and serious labor contracts within a multinational company with very attractive salary package (between 2500 – 3500 Euro NET, accommodation and transport guaranteed, medical assurance).
Your key responsibilities will include:
- preparation, installation and maintenance of the commissioning equipment;
- protection relay testing by current/voltage injection for feeders,couplers, outgoing feeders, motorfeeders, transformers, softstarters, frequency converters, etc;
- HV-testing for switchgears, breakers, busbars and cables;
- batterie / rectifier / inverter / soft starter / UPS commissioning;
- analyze design regarding fulfillment of safety aspects;
- verify design regarding function description and specification;
- detection and correction of HW and SW mistakes;
- perform hot commissioning tests and analyze test results;
- define and request modifications;
- prepare detailed information’s for claim management and for NCR;
- draw up quality documentation and write commissioning log book.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Engineer or technical college degree;
- practical experience in power plants and/or equivalent industrial plants on large-project construction sites;
- experience in: switchgear protection for HV-, MV- and LV- switchgears; in DC-supply systems; transformer protection (physical, electrical); electrical measurements; HV-testing; synchronizing equipment and busbar interlocking (electrical, mechanical);
- good knowledge of VDE , IEC and safety regulations;
- experience in time schedule planning and in basic design;
- excellent command of English language (verbally as well as in reading and writing);
- good knowledge of all standard IT-tools.
