This opportunity is for commissioned (non-salaried) independent commercial sales representatives to represent our Graco EMEA Lubrication Equipment Division. Graco has openings to have commissioned independent commercial sales representatives for each of the countries of Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Slovenia, Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Slovakia.

Commissioned Independent Commercial Sales Representative

As a commissioned independent commercial sales representative for Graco, you will be selling products such as oil and grease pumps, hose reels, metering devices, fluid management systems to a variety of customers, primarily through a distribution channel. This would include any existing Graco channel of independent distribution, as well as establishing and developing new distribution in the country of responsibility. As a successful candidate, you should possess the following attributes:


CERINTE

Sales Skills:

Proven track record of sales into the automotive repair, and/or industrial manufacturing markets
Excellent communication skills in the local language of the country represented, as well as English
Strong ability, once trained by Graco, to be able to communicate to potential customers the benefits of the Graco company and its products and services
Ability to evaluate competitive situations and be able to apply appropriate sales tactics to secure the business
Proven track record on developing and managing distribution channels



Desired Skills and Experience:

Preferable to have experience in working independently as an independent commissioned sales representative (commercial agency) who pays their own business and travel expenses
Have strong drive and self-motivation, which will be required to be successful
Have great sales skills so to be able to offer value-added solutions to prospective customers
Understanding of market dynamics and how to uncover and develop customer needs
Strong and professional presentation skills
Good technical capabilities
