- supporting the trading strategy of the company
- managing the operating activity of buying energy from the market of Bilateral Contracts or any other source
- administering the operational aspects of the energy purchase contracts
- finding final consumers and concluding contracts for energy supply with the approval of the Risk Management and primary reporting people
- administering the relationship with the customers (contractual, technical and economical)
- selling energy on the Day-Ahead-Market and the Balancing Market (knowledge of the system and process)
- administer the relationship with ANRE, OPCOM as well as the other relevant authorities
- recommend decision with regard to quantities of energy purchased and sold on each market
- recommend buying and selling prices
- technical decisions with regard to selling energy to the final customers (tension, metering, etc)
- Diploma in energy/electric engineering
- Knowledge of the Romanian energy market and regulations; technical knowledge in the electrical field
- Minim of 3 years previous experience on the technical and regulatory aspects
- Open-minded, ready to learn, able to sell, good communicator, able to deal with the Romanian authorities, antepeneur-type, hard worker, some leadership skills, team-player, able to manage small teams
- Knowledge of legal aspects: primary energy regulations, regulations of ANRE and OPCOM. Contracting: experience in trading activity (Day-Ahead-Market, if possible forward market); experience in contractual aspects. Technical: technical aspects of selling energy. General knowledge of the energy market trends, generators, etc
- English: medium to advanced level; Spanish or Italian are an advantage
