- Co-ordinate existing sales admin processes on behalf of the SR
- Liaison with order management to “chase” delivery for product delivery for partners or on limited occasions for direct shipment
- Delivery notification: send notification to sales and customer once the goods are leaving the factory or the date is final
- Act as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts.
- Manage non-sales operations activities in SmartQuote: update linkage with Eclipse and/or Siebel. Work closely with AM and Bucharest country SmartQuote team and ensure turn-around SLA / response deadline is met
- Fluent English knowledge plus one other European Language mandatory
- Good communication skills (good questioning and listening skills)
- Customer oriented – keep customer always in mind
- Motivated and very focused
- Strong analytical and Co-ordination skills
- Good IT knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
