Work offered:
- independent mediation activity in Romania on behalf of SZU (with individual working hours);

Commercial Representative Job Duties:
- searching for suitable clients of SZU in Romania aiming at conclusion of the contract on professional services (certification, testing, inspection, etc.), i.e. between SZU and Romanian client;
- providing a preparatory and follow-up communication with clients;
- maintaining good relations with clients acquired;
- regular monitoring of new sales opportunities;
- keeping SZU management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as monthly and annual territory analyses;
- monitoring the competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc;
- recommending changes in service and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments, where appropriate;
- making recommendations to SZU management as to the services and policy concerned by evaluating results and competitive developments, where appropriate;
- maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops (internal or external ones) and/or participating in professional societies;
- providing historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales at the request of SZU;
-contributing to SZU team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed.
Professional skills, interests and qualities:
- secondary school or university degree (business or technical specialization);
- experience in field (recommended and considered as advantage, not essential);
- basic knowledge of technical standards and related legislation (the ability to understand and process the requirements);
- advanced level of English (reading and writing of technical texts);
-MS Office, MS Outlook.
Personality prerequisites:
- autonomy in decision making, responsibility, communication skills, organizational skills;
- time flexibility;
- self-identification with SZU's corporate culture and its values;
- willingness to continue the self-education;
- negotiation skills;
- ability to work under pressure;
- driving license - recommended, where possible.

SZU is the EC Notified Body 1015, accredited for
assessment of conformity to 14 EC directives. Besides
conformity assessment, SZU offers to its clients
specialised services of the testing laboratory and
of the certification body for certification of products,
management systems and persons. The SZU also functions
as an inspection body and calibration laboratory.
